Specialization in Design Management
From a point of view based in the design area and a substantial administrative component, this specialization responds to a global trend to work the design oriented to the company. It offers training for designers and professionals of other areas that are involved in the conception of new products, both industrial and Communication and Services allowing to reinforce the design process by incorporating the creative work in a business structure.

This specialization allows to acquire a point of view for the company oriented Strategic Design and develops tools in order to optimize the Design Services by developing an up-to date professional profile enabling the parties involved in the process of products development to strengthen the management knowledge and innovation providing the design sector with a professional oriented to the production and business sector both for the public and private sector. 

The specialization offers a wide and clear vision about the perspectives of inclusion of the dynamics of design in the companies and it strengthens the abilities of developing a strategic vision and thoughts in favor of the formulation and development of creative projects for innovation and development of new products. 

The program implements educational and pedagogic processes for the acquisition of knowledge and the use of interdisciplinary methodologies by means of practices of master classes, the theoretical-practical classes, workshops, seminars, case studies, and research studies. Moreover, it encourages skills development and researching and participation that allow interdisciplinary work and leadership necessary in order to promote the design as a tool for development, productivity and competition in the production sector.
