Specialization in Marketing Management – Santa Marta
This program aims to contribute to the training of strategists in the marketing area, so that they can define the markets to be served, taking into account the needs and desires of consumers previously investigated, interpreted and defined; respond to market dynamics, with specialists that define conservation and customer approach strategies and model of negotiation to take the initiative and thus determines the policies of pricing and discounts that are required for the benefit of those involved; deepen into the definition of proposals for appropriate communication and promotion in the Companies; train specialists to identify real and potential consumers (both of goods or services which are identical, similar or substitutes) where market niches and segmentation criteria are established; to have the participant to determine distinguishing elements in order to add sustainable competitive advantages; foster the search and analysis of international markets; to have the participants to develop innovative ideas into new products and services; and to promote the respect and commitment for the Colombian consumer.
