Profesor Asociado II del Departamento de Comunicación y Cinematografía de la Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, donde coordina las líneas de escritura y dirección de cine.
Ingeniero de Sistemas de la Universidad de los Andes y Magister en Escrituras Creativas con énfasis en Guion de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
Vinculado al sector cinematográfico desde 2002, donde ha trabajado en largometrajes como “El Amor en los Tiempos del Cólera” y “PVC-1”. Ha recibido varios reconocimientos por su labor en desarrollo de proyectos cinematográficos como “El Foro Iberoamericano de Coproducción Audiovisual de Huelva” y la beca de “La Fundación Carolina y Casa de América para Desarrollo de Proyectos Cinematográficos Iberoamericanos”. Ha sido beneficiario de estímulos de las Convocatorias del “Fondo para el Desarrollo Cinematográfico (FDC)” y del “Programa Distrital de Estímulos”.

Linked to the cinematographic sector since 2002, where he has worked in feature films such as “Love in the Times of Cholera” and “PVC-1”. He has received several awards for his work in the development of film projects such as "The Ibero-American Forum of Audiovisual Co-production of Huelva" and the grant from The Carolina Foundation and Casa de América for the Development of Ibero-American Film Projects. He has been a beneficiary of incentives from the “Fund for Cinematographic Development (FDC)” and the “District Program of Incentives”.
